Animal Friends and the current Miss Sport Croatia, Kristina Vilk, have joined forces in a new campaign called "Hunt Results, Not Animals." By posing for ads that will be displayed in Zagreb, Krapina, Varazdin, Osijek, Pula, Rijeka, Split, Zadar, and elsewhere, Kristina Vilk has become the first model for animal victims of hunting in Croatia. Appeal To The Eu To End Cruel Cosmetics Animal Tests

Singer/songwriter, lead singer of The Pretenders, and a long-time vegan, Chrissie Hynde, has given her support to the European Coalition to End Animal Experiments (ECEAE), a coalition of animal protection groups across the EU, which Animal Friends Croatia is also a part of, with its No Cruel Cosmetics campaign to end the import and sale of animal tested cosmetics in the EU. At an event in Brussels on October 18, the ECEAE handed in its petition with 250,000 signatures to the European Parliament.
